Brown honored City Paramedic Jude Spellman for his 47 years of service to the City of Wilkes-Barre on the occasion of his retirement. Mayor Brown was joined by Wilkes-Barre Fire Chief Jay Delaney and Deputy Chief Alan Klapat as well as numerous current and retired fire department paramedics and fire fighters to honor Mr. Spellman.
