Handymen Needed for Apartment Unit Turnover -

Hello- I'm looking for a team of two guys to turn over an apartment unit I have in Queen Anne. Below is a list of the work that needs to be done. I have additional units in the Seattle area that will need work next month. Please provide two references with your response. Thanks - Sweeping and power washing - Patching or calking/fixing holes and cracks in the walls, trim, and doors - Replace a baseboard heater - Touch-up painting (and potentially entire walls) - Resurfaced a small flat roof with silicone sealant using a roller - Run to/from the hardware store and paint store
