We are looking to hire Professional Painting Subcontractors that 1. Want to stay busy EVERY WEEK. 2. Want to be build a “Partner” type relationship. 3. Want to be compensated Fairly, Quickly, and Constantly. 4. Understand the importance of Quality, Efficiency, Deadlines, Communication and Respect. 5. Hold themselves, their crew, and their work to the highest of standards. We take care of bidding, billing, collecting, job scope, and all customer communications. We even supply quality paint for every project! It is our goal to make our partners jobs easier. Working with us, as a Professional Painting Subcontractor, you can expect to know what each job pays before you begin, along with a detailed Work Order that outlines the scope of the project. Subcontractors are required to meet deadlines, but can manage their own work hours. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be interacting with experienced Estimators and Project Managers. You'll need to have good communication skills and always present yourself and your work in a professional manner. Our focus is residential repaints, both interior and exterior. We do not handle any new construction projects. NEW CONTRUCTION EXPERIENCE DOES NOT APPLY Our work area includes Spokane, Spokane Valley, Deer Park, Airway Heights, Cheney, and Liberty Lake. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner - Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies - Inspects work for the highest quality - Maintains strict attention to details when protecting a homeowner’s property - Follows all safety policies and procedures - Ensures that required documentation is complete and is following regulations and standards QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong communication and knowledge of paint products - Exceptional customer service skills - Highly organized and self-motivated - Unrestricted valid driver's license - Current Liability Insurance - Ability to pass a background check - Reliable Unmarked Vehicle -Reliable equipment Including Pressure washer, Pump, Ladders, Masking guns, Caulk guns, etc. Want to apply?
