We are looking for someone to assist in the remodeling of our home. The budget for labor is $10,000. We will provide all material. The remodel includes the below: -Removal/ Installation of new kitchen cabinets (wall & base) (Complete remodel to include addition of recess lights) -Custom Island build -Laundry room remodel -Removal of carpets in family room, living room, upstairs bedrooms (4), hallway and stairs. Replace with laminate flooring -Removal of wood panels from walls in family room and basement, to replace with sheetrock. -Changing of all doors (front door, bedroom doors/closets etc) -Removal of standing shower in main bath and replace with standing tub/ shower combo -Expansion of master bath ( complete remodel) -Relocation of master closet door -Possible opening of hall closet into master bed -Possible window replacement (17 windows) Painting not necessary. Must be licensed and able to start on 6/26/2022 or 6/27/2022. Must have open availability to complete the job. If the pricing is not within your range please do NOT contact as the budget is final.
