Looking for Awesomecon Help compensation: $100/day + 25 bonus for tear down We are hiring for help in our booth at Awesomecon June 3rd- June 5th, 2022 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. We are looking for energetic and outgoing people that might enjoy some time at a comic convention. You would help with assisting customers during show hours, restocking product throughout the day, and then helping with booth tear down after the show. We pay $100/shift + a discount at the booth, plus an extra $25 for assisting with tear down after the show ends. You will be paid cash, in full, on Sunday at the end of the day. Who we are looking for: - Friendly, energetic people who are good with STANDING ALL DAY. - People able to bend and lift boxes up to and around 25 pounds. - People comfortable with engaging with customers (you will be helping to sell merchandise). - Must be able to get back and forth to the Convention Center. - Must be willing to adhere to masking guidelines set by the city and convention center. - Must have a valid I.D. in order to pick up credentials at the Convention Center. (ALL hours subject to change based on hall hours and staffing needs) Dates and Hours: SHOW HOURS: Friday: 11 AM - 7 PM Saturday: 11 AM - 7 PM Sunday: 11 AM - 7 PM (plus tear down afterward, time TBD) LOCATION: Walter E.
