We need an on-call handyman for a variety of jobs. One of our current needs is for sprinkler maintenance and repairs to starting up swamp coolers. Next week we may need someone that can repair drywall or rehang a door. We ar glad to hear from all-rounders or people with specialties as we maintain a database of vendors for ongoing needs.
