Here are the top three stories today in Atlanta: On Wednesday afternoon, the Gordon County Sheriff's Office announced that it had located a man that went missing from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport on Saturday. Ernest Harold Hill, 53-years-old, was reported missing after he dropped off his father at ATL for a flight and then had his car towed from the airport. Hill was located safely in Chamblee. (WSB Atlanta)The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is investigating the first case of Monkeypox to be identified in Georgia. A metro Atlanta man with a history of international travel is the first confirmed case. The Georgia Department of Public is conducting contact tracing and monitoring the individual. (Atlanta Patch)Atlanta's plan to build affordable housing at the aging civic center has hit yet another snag. Developer Tishman Speyer has withdrawn from the project, according to an email received by the Atlanta Housing Authority. The authority assures the community it is still committed to redeveloping the civic center despite the sudden surprising setback.
