Company: Persson Precision The Position: Shop Helper/ Machine Operator This role is great for people that have no experience in machining, but have experience working as a coffee shop barista, bartender, etc (detail oriented roles). Our most successful workers have been from coffee shops. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented and is able to pay great attention to detail. Your duties would be running a CNC machine to create precision metal parts, cleaning parts, and inspecting them for accuracy. This is the main task, and other misc help will occasionally be required. No experience necessary, if you are a strong learner we can teach you! MUST HAVE: -Strong attention to detail -Great dexterity and overall good health -Ability to work in a small team to increase efficiency -Ability to pick up on new concepts quickly -Must possess a positive attitude -Strong work ethic We are located at 8th and Eisenhower in Loveland, CO and are looking for part time or full time help, no weekends required.
