The text of the Second Amendment reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” A WELL REGULATED MILITIA" !!!!.......NO WHERE DOES IT SAY 19 YR OLD HAVE THE RIGHT TO MILITARY GRADE ASSAULT WEAPON'S, NOR DOES IT CLAIM ANYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO THEM.!!
