Sealcoat Crew member (Portland area) Compensation: $19.00 to $28.00 per Hr. DOE. You learn the equipment and what to do and pay goes up quick. Employment type: Seasonal-summer full-time, winter part time job title: Sealcoat Crew Lead We are a growing company looking for a Seal coat crew lead. This is a low stress work environment with good people and no drama. Job description- • Site preparation. (Securing lot, cleaning lot, sealing and striping) • Use Seal coat, crack fill and line striping equipment safely/efficiently. • Be insurable and able to drive and help maintain company vehicles. • Clean/maintain machines and tools each day. able to get along with employees, customers. Give instructions, as well as follow instructions. • Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE • Monday to Friday with compressed work weeks as schedule allows. Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance option • Compressed work week when possible • Christmas/winter Bonus Schedule: • Monday to Friday but compressed work weeks (4 day) when schedule allows.
