Job Duties: -First Responder in our Mitigation Department responding to calls for emergency service of all types (water, flood, fire, collisions, mold, etc.) with a department Lead - Must be self motivated - Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Must have excellent customer service - Must have excellent communication skills - Must have good math skills - Must be detail oriented - Must be able to lift 50 pounds - Must be willing to wear all company required personal protective equipment, including a respirator - Must be willing and physically able to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics - Must like getting "dirty", while maintaining the ability and desire to leave your work space, work truck, and surroundings clean - Must enjoy the variety of field work This position is full-time, 40+ hours a week, and will work various hours including on call, after hours and weekends when needed.
