As an environmental supervisor you will perform services like asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead remediation and stabilization and many other regulated or specialized services. As an Environmental Technician, you will work on exciting projects and serve clients by performing a variety of activities including asbestos abatement, mold remediation, interior demolition, universal waste, and regulated materials removal. With locations across the state and travel throughout the mid-west this may be the opportunity you’re looking for. ESA is looking for all different levels of supervisors, from highly experienced abatement supervisors to entry level supervisors that understand how to perform a scope of work, inside of regulations and guidelines and to the customers expectations. Job Duties: Manage and maintain a company truck and Trailer Perform mold remediation, asbestos abatement, lead remediation, universal wastes and other regulated material services to specification Document all activities with the use of the industries latest and greatest tools and software Work well with others. Being a skill professional you must trust and work well with the team of talented professionals within the organization The ability to work with general contractors. Experience in detailed or difficult scopes of work and/or clients will benefit you greatly Work on the road. Many of our projects are local. And many are on the road. If you like a change in scenery this career will give you a little of both Responsible, timely, trustworthy and the ability to run a tape measure are good qualities for this position Job Requirements: A positive, can-do attitude Ability and desire to work in the field Travel and work out of town Pass a background check and drug/alcohol screenings Must be able to work in a respirator Must be able to lift supplies or equipment up to 60 pounds Asbestos abatement experience is a plus but not required Driver license and clean driving record is required for supervisor position Salary and incentives $50,000 to 80,000 plus depending on experience and licensing $2000 Sign on Bonus!
