Management Company/Apartment Complex seeking licensed A/C/Maintenance Technician with EPA certification. Duties include: -A/C troubleshooting, repair, replace/install -A/C regular maintenance schedule (changing air filters, cleaning coils, blowing condensation lines) -Maintenance Work Orders (ex: unclogging sinks/toilets, repairing appliances, replacing door/mailbox locks, replacing faucets, checking/replacing hot water heaters, etc.) -Maintaining grounds, picking up trash Applicants: -Should have general maintenance tech knowledge (i.e., knowledge of tools and how to use them) -Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision -Must have own tools and transportation. Work will be completed on multiple sites/complexes.
