Property Management/Apartment Complex seeking Make Ready Technician. This position includes getting vacant units ready for rent including but not limited to: -Drywall patch, installation, -Floor installation -Applicant repair and/or install -Painting -Cleaning -Interior door repair and/or replace -Exterior door repair and/or replace -Toilet replacement -Ensuring all necessary items are installed and in working order in unit (i.e., blinds, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, faucets, shower head, toilet, appliances, air filters, hardware, locks, knobs, kitchen drawers, etc.) Applicants: -Should have general maintenance tech knowledge (i.e., knowledge of tools and how to use them) -Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision -Must have own tools and transportation. Work will be completed on multiple sites/complexes.
