Description

I am taking over ownership of a home that needs renovating before I am able to live in it/rent it out. I will need to renovate the majority of the home in regards to: flooring, the kitchen, bathrooms, windows, outside siding, adding a fence etc. Generally speaking the entire home is livable but needs an overhaul and updating in all areas. I am in the market either to pay for labor, or to offer 0 rent to live/work with an agreed amount of hours per week. I am currently negotiable in collaborating.
