About the RoleWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. You will schedule warehouse staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient receiving and shipment of goods. When shipments arrive or before deliveries leave the warehouse, you will check inventory with orders to check that the shipment is complete.To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that minimizes mistakes and expenses. Top applicants are dedicated, competent, and have strong leadership skills. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in a warehouse, with at least one year in a supervisory role.What You Will Do Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, picking, and shipping Book outbound shipments in a timely manner Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems through various retail / marketplace platforms Eliminate chargebacks through accuracy in picking Effectively dispute chargebacks with a robust documentation process Conduct physical counts of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory levels Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is kept at all times Supervise all forklift and equipment operations Train warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks; issue corrective action when required Implement and oversee security operations Abide by and enforce facility rules and state laws and regulations Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred Previous management experience in a warehouse position Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to company protocol Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite, data entry systems and warehouse handheld computers Physical stamina, able to work long hours on one's feet and lift 50+ pounds Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure What We Offer· 100% Company-Paid medical, dental and life insurance.· 401(k) plan with a 100% match up to 3% of contribution, and profit sharing eligibility.· Work alongside some of the best industry professionals where your voice is heard and your contribution is vital.
