Clay Studio Space For Rent $360

We are a small collective of potters in East Boulder. We're looking for another artist to rent a space within our studio. Your personal unit is 72 sq. ft. However, as a studio member, you will have tons of shared space/access. This includes: -Large electric Skutt kiln (ventilated) -Small 'test kiln' -Utility sink -Private bathroom within the unit -Shipping/mailing station including computer & printer access -Kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishes, etc.) -Clay drying rack(s) -Gallery space We share access to 2 kilns and fire weekly. Individual workstation furniture is not included. We take turns cleaning the space, firing the kilns, etc. There is also shared access to larger equipment not listed above, such as a slab roller. Rent is $360/month. Basic utilities average about $14 per month. We keep a kiln log and you'll be responsible for electricity associated with your individual firings. This cost will vary greatly based on how often you fire but for current members, it averages to about $25-$35 per month. If you are interested, we'd love to hear from you!
