Entry Level Maintenance Tech I $1500 Sign On Bonus! Full Time Job with benefits. Provide basic support for building preventative maintenance as well as repair and operations of various building systems supporting facilities and corporate fleet. Responsibilities: · Performs required maintenance and repairs of plumbing, electrical & HVAC fixtures, components, equipment & systems. · Performs general carpentry, drywall repair, painting, housekeeping, and power washing. · Performs maintenance of property grounds, landscape, and parking areas as necessary. · Must have a valid Texas driver’s license, proof of an acceptable driving record and insurance. · Must be able to complete CDL Class B license within 6 months of employment. · Must have basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, CMMS software). · Must be willing to work in all types of outdoor conditions. · Must be able to work in a high stress environment. Physical & Mental Abilities: · Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. · Must be able to climb a ladder. · Must be able to lift objects over shoulders and head. · Must be able to work a flexible schedule including on-call via personal cell phone.
