Being able to drive is a requirement. Being available for copious amounts of rehearsals is a requirement. Having videos of your playing with other musicians available on YouTube, etc. is a requirement. Being able to play all types of music, rock, R&B, Motown, pop and blues without prejudice is a requirement.
