needing vocalist/lyricist for indie cover band

Need a capable, versatile vocalist/lyricist for an indie band. We already have two guitars and a drummer. We meet up once a week, sometimes more if our schedules allow. Our current goal is to get tight as a band and start playing shows, with our main goal being to eventually transition into playing and releasing original music I want to emphasize this next bit: By chance, we all happened to have met and love the strokes, so if you love the strokes too, and you can sing, we might get along really well. Songs we play include: The first two strokes albums, and some songs from later LPs Come a little closer Cage the elephant C'mere and Untitled by Interpol We are working on original tunes, which are still in the early stages. We all practice in 77015 area. We all have our own gear. Pro attitude as well. All we ask is you do the same.
