Tasks include but are not limited to the following: 1. Paint touch ups and full Paint of Units 2. remove and apply caulking around sinks and tubs 3. Replace mini blinds 4. Change light bulbs 5. Change out oven drip pans 6. Replace bath towel and Toilet Paper bars 7. Trash out of items left behind by residents 8. Etc... June 11 - 15th August and September dates TBD
