What we are looking for: Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Maintaining property grounds Preventative maintenance Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members What we are offering: Up to $18.00 hr depending on experience. Yearly raises up to 5% Renewal commissions shared monthly with maintenance. Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $1,200.00 Per Year!
