The Job Coach position is an entry level direct services position. The Job Coach supports adults with disabilities at their community based job sites. This is challenging but FUN work! Required Skills, Training and Experience: The Job Coach must conduct themselves in a professional manner with clients, parents, other service providers, employers, and other AE staff. Job Coaches must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals and businesses. Must have Valid Driver’s License, own, reliable vehicle and proof of insurance. All employees must pass a Criminal Background Check.
