Forming a Punk band full of spite and satire

I'm looking to get together with like-minded people who want to do something fun, energetic and somewhat important. i sing, write, play guitar, bass and drums but am looking to collaborate with people this time. I think I'd be down with doing vocals and bass or just vocals but i'm open for anything if the right people show up. i am looking to make a social change with this project. or at least be as annoying to the right people as we can be, enough so to be heard, understood or just a thorn in the side. i am in my early 40s and am wanting to go along the lines of Dead Kennedys / Black Flag. i just love creating and want to do something that means something.
