We are currently seeking an individual(s) with an all encompassing background that can prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision. This individual will be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of multiple small properties. Weekly tasks vary depending on the seasons and current active projects. Full and part time positions available. Responsibilities: Maintain and repairs on owners' commercial and residential properties Light carpentry and other mechanical work Minor drywall, repair and light sheet rocking, painting and overall maintenance Warehouse organization and maintenance Minor plumbing and repairing of leaks Minor electrical work and repairing of electrical switches Cleaning / preparation and organization of multiple work spaces Responsible for landscaping, grass cutting, snow removal, and overall maintenance. Assigned other duties as directed. Forklift / Excavator / CDL experience preferred but not required Requirements: Must be within 20 min of downtown West Bend to be considered 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical, plumbing and carpentry functions Able to lift 50 pounds Able to carry tools and equipment Should have a varied skill set that would include the ability to address minor facility issues as they arise All candidates should have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record & automobile insurance. All candidates must be willing to complete a criminal background & drug screening process as successful completion is necessary before an employment offer is granted.
