need a new home for black lab

My 5 year old spayed female black lab, Riley, needs a new home. She is as sweet as can be, a total cuddle bug, and gets along with dogs, cats, and kids of all ages. She is very kind hearted and does best with kind but firm leadership. She is perfectly potty trained, doesn’t jump up on people, no aggression or any kind, isn’t a barker, and is up to date on vaccines and preventatives. Her bad habits are she will run out the front door if it’s let open (she will come back after awhile b it this is obviously dangerous for her) and she will swipe food off the table or out of the trash if no one is around. She comes with some food, her leash, collar, harness, and the rest of her preventatives. This is very difficult for me and I have struggled over this decision for quite some time, trying to find another way, but I am a college student and will be living on campus at school where pets are not allowed. I will be screening applicants heavily and asking a lot of questions to make sure she’s going to a good fit for her so thank you ahead of time for your patience. There will also be a small rehoming fee. For some reason this posting was flagged and removed and I’m not sure why but please don’t flag again - I desperately do need to find Riley a new home before school starts again.
