We are putting together a crew for ALL work on a historic house. Please view the pictures closely. Lots of sanding, compounding, painting, drywall, and roof work are needed. We need trim work, flooring repair/installation, tons of sanding, window repairs and installation, interior and exterior paint including front and back porches, drywall repair and installation, bathrooms finished, butcher block countertops installed, kitchen appliances, plumbing, and lastly, landscaping of the entire surrounding yard. Email me directly with salary requirements and skills with experience. Pay is $10 - $17 per hour depending on skills. Also living on the property is an option until work is complete. Paid, daily, weekly, or by the project. Minimum 3 workers daily.
