We are looking for all around jack of all trades (painting, minor electrical, minor/major plumbing, fixture installation, flooring, tile, demo work, etc.). Must have some experience in the field and be a self-motivated individual Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system Have a good work ethic, be responsible and dependable A team player as well as able to work independently Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Must have own tools fit for many job types; basic hand tools Must have reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van) Current and valid driver’s license Residence within 15 miles of the Plaza area Must have cell phone Effective communication skills Please send phone number and email info with resume/brief description of qualifications.
