Must provide references and samples of work, have well rounded experience, be reliable and honest, with vehicle/ tools/ and no fucking drama. Want to work? We've got it, plenty of it. Want to work consistently for years? We can make that happen. Want to be unreliable/ unproductive/ unable to meet basic deadlines?...Keep looking. Do what you say you're going to do, know what you say you know, be where you say you'll be, and finish when you say you'll finish. IDEALLY, YOU WILL HAVE A CREW OR THE CAPACITY TO FINISH AN ENTIRE JOB BY YOURSELF, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREW. (Short of electrical, HVAC, and possibly some plumbing). The more skilled, the better.
