Fivestar Building Group is seeking an Installer with 1+ years of experience in residential work. Job Duties: • Experience in the installation of HVAC systems. • Should be able to work on a new construction / residential job start-to-finish. • Able to perform a system replacement / change-out with little assistance. • Able to work efficiently with multiple people on a job. • Able to assist in / install most types of HVAC equipment and accessories. • Able to start-up most types of HVAC equipment. • EPA Certification is a plus. • Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test.TN Drug-Free Workplace. • Opportunity for advancement into service technician position. • Identify and solve problems that may come up and communicating those with the supervisor Skills/Qualifications: • Prefer at least 1 year of experience • Have a good understanding of heating and cooling systems • Has reliable transportation • Ability to problem solve • Ability to follow proper safety techniques • Has a good attendance record • Maneuver heavier objects with assistance from appropriate devices or additional manpower Full-time with benefits.
