Basic deck and replacing window with door - EXEMPT from building permits. Installing an 8ft pre-hung door same width and upper height as existing window. I will have the door on site and prefer it all done together, but I could get the deck in and door after or vice-versa. You can use your preferred sub-structure method, pictures are just an example and to give the basic measurements. Decking should be Trex or similar. I will make this project as easy for you as I can!
