Seeking an active Problem Solver. Must have your own car We will provide gas (according to mileage) Must be on time daily at the job site. Actively performing as an assistant to the Installation Professional (If you are standing around watching, you will be fired) Must know how to think ahead to know what is next to be ready to assist - before being asked, provide tools/materials, and reduce the amount of instructions/requests for help. Finally, we need someone who understands if you are not making the job easier, get done faster and solving problems on the job, then you are not needed. We need Problem Solvers Benefits: Sometimes we pay for lunch, the company is growing the usual package items are coming. Note: We start you at $15. Most guys are good on day one. By day Three the real person shows up. $5 increase per hour when you make it past one month consistently working. 5 days per week, 8 hours per day total 40 hours.
