We are a professional pressure/power washing company in Tampa and are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-orientated crew leader/supervisor to join the team. Responsibilities and Skills • Conduct professional pressure/power washing services in accordance with Green Earth Powerwashing operating procedures for clients while respecting their property • Always interact with clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner • Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities to pressure washer equipment and/or vehicle • Ensure all vehicles are clean, stocked, and ready for jobs • Reliable, on-time, and respectful employee • Effectively manage a crew of up to 3 additional personnel, ensuring that they are following all health, safety and pressure washing procedures • Experience in commercial pressure washing of roof cleaning, sidewalk, parking garages, building exteriors, gum removal, etc. a plus, but not required • Focused on customer satisfaction and quality work • Have integrity, be reliable and courteous • Supervise the work of a dedicated team of employees at a job site • Work on the job site, as you are a part of the team • Help train the team members in the methods of proper work and safety • Proactively help to resolve any issues with the customers, if needed • Work to maintain a schedule and to ensure the requirements are met • Work to ensure the services provided are of the highest quality, consistently Requirements • Experience in being a team lead/crew supervisor/shift lead • Ability to operate a 4000-psi pressure washer or similar heavy equipment • Be physically fit and able to walk/stand for 8 to 10 hours per shift • Ability to lift, push, and pull 35 to 75 lbs • Must be able to work in an outdoor environment all year round • Must be able to climb a 1 to 2 story ladder • Must have own transportation to and from work • Must pass background and drug testing • High school degree • A clean driving record and the ability/skill to drive a 24' flatbed truck throughout the area • Must be able to adjust, on occasion, to some weekend and/or overnight work based on job scheduling demands. • Must be fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus Compensation • $20.00 per hour • potential for overtime on occasion • 5 days paid time off after one year of employment • 6 paid holidays after one year of employment • 401(k) plan offered after 1 year of employment and 21 years of age • Group Life Insurance Hours • Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:30/5:30 pm • Occasional weekends 8am to 5pm as job scheduling demands • Occasional overnights 11:00pm to 7:00am as job scheduling demands Company website: www.greenearthpowerwash.com Job Types: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Please supply resume if applying for this job
