We have a rare opening for a maintenance assistant! You will be part of a small team that enjoys working together. Your duties will be varied. You may work outside one day and paint an apartment the next day. You will paint curbs and do some maintenance work orders. We require customer service minded team members as we provide exceptional customer service! You must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours a day and lift heavy objects. No experience needed but would love to have some work experience on your resume. We offer great benefits from PTO to a 401(K) plus onsite resident benefits.
