Nanny/ housekeeper/ helper wanted

Hello, I am looking for a housekeeper, nanny, helper, for my 11yr old daughter, & for myself. The past year I've got/ have some health issues and I have been trying to take care of it, but my daily tasks are starting to become harder to do, & with all my doctors appts, I could sure use some help! Some of the things I'd like help with would be picking up the house, laundry, cooking, & maybe helping my daughter with homework, etc... My health issue is not contagious or anything like that and I can do pretty much everything, it's just getting much harder. I am a single dad, & get my daughter every other week, & ya like I stated, I just need some additional help. I'd like someone that's good with kids, & pets, as I have a cat and dog, also would like the individual to have reliable transportation and clean driving record. I will pay for the position of course, and the position could possibly be a live-in nanny/ housekeeper if things go well.
