Artisans Marble & Granite (Murfreesboro)–In search of local Granite Fabricators Starting Pay Depending on Experience ($10-$18 hr) Join the Artisans team! A local family owned Natural stone fabrication & installation shop is in search of Granite Fabricators to join their team! Having been in business since 1998, Artisans has relationships with many of Tennessee’s respected Interior Designers, Home Builders, and General Contractors. This position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional overtime. This is a temp-to-hire position and we are really looking for long-term employees. If you come in and prove yourself, you will be eligible to stay on full-time! $50 hiring bonus available! Job Description : Cut backsplash, top polish, mount sinks. Experience fabricating stone preferred, but not required. Granite Fabricator Requirements & Responsibilities : *** Dependable attendance is a MUST! *** Reliable and hard working Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work well in a team Must be able to provide references to verify prior job experience • Must keep tools clean, organized and in good repair. • Responsible to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site. • Load A-frames with finished product. • Will use forklift at times - Artisans will pay for your forklift certification • Assist unloading materials • Ability to lift heavy stone countertops, tools, etc. on a daily basis. • Use tile saws/hand saws to cut stone • Installing and sealing sinks also required. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (EOE/AA - Drug screen and background may be required.) • Be able to stand for long periods of time Read a tape measure What you’ll get as a Granite Fabricator *Laid back atmosphere • Paid Every Friday! • Paid Holidays & PTO (Based on accrued hour requirements) • Medical Coverage - Access to affordable and comprehensive group medical coverage We look forward to meeting you!
