Found a puppy

Description

I found a black puppy not sure what breed he is completely black with two white paws and a white streak under his belly. I cannot keep him my landlord does not allow pets and I do not want to turn him over so if anyone is willing to take a sweet puppy in or help me find his owner that would be great
