Seeking Lead Guitarist for Rock/Alt Country/Americana Project

Hey there! I'm a lead singer/songwriter/rhythm guitarist looking for a lead guitarist with capable harmony vocals for a new project. Could be either electric or acoustic lead and I'd be singing and playing acoustic rhythm at least initially although I have full electric and acoustic rigs for any size gig. I'd ideally like to start as a duo and grow from there; starting with covers and then writing new material to add to the mix. Some of the bands/artists I'd like to cover are The Decemberists, The Avett Brothers, John Prine, Lyle Lovett, Robert Earl Keen, The Jayhawks, Springsteen, deep(ish) cut Beatles and Stones stuff, The Band, Counting Crows, Crowded House, Toad the Wet Sprocket, REM, Tom Petty, etc. I have 3+ full PA's, mics, cables, etc. and a dedicated practice space.
