Downtown Common Areas Cleaning 3 days per week Mon-Wed-Friday 1 person - 6 hours plus lunch Hours- 8am-3pm 1 hour lunch Pay 1250.00 per month or 300 per week. Atlantic Station Common Areas Cleaning 3 days per week Mon-Wed-Friday Cleaning has to be completed mornings before 930 no other time restrictions Usually takes about 2 hours per cleaning Pay 150.00 per week Douglasville Warehouse Offices 3 days per week Tue-Thur-Weekend Client prefers mornings but can clean anytime day or night except lunchtime (11am-1pm) Usually takes about 2 hours per cleaning Pay 150 per week Perimeter Retail Store 2 days per week Sat-Sun 2 people 4 hours per day 7am-11am Pay 1000.00 per month Dunwoody Retail Store 5 days per week Mon-Fri 2 people 4 hours per day 7am-11am Great for couples or family team Pay 2500.00 per month Spanish Ok DESCRIPTION: You will be responsible for cleaning the common areas of apartment buildings (leasing office, fitness center, game rooms, and the building hallways) Your job is to ensure that the property is cleaned and the client is happy with the appearance. This means most days you will be in and out in a few hours. Some days may run a little longer depending on what is needed. This contract is best suited for someone that has more of a business owner mindset, not an employee mindset. Will include general cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming.
