Sign Production Specialist - Journeyman or Entry level

Your principal duties include working in a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment to create and assemble sign and graphic products for many different business applications. Creative work is performed within the FASTSIGNS Center sign production area that is fully equipped with top-of-the-line sign-making equipment including digital printers, flatbed printers, routers and laminators. You will also be producing finished printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, knives, blades and straight edges. You will also manufacture and finish RTA products, decals, large adhesive back vinyl graphics and wraps. As a commercial sign company there are many other fabrication and production duties that you will complete alone or as a team member. The Production Specialist periodically may be required to work in the field performing installations to vehicle, building interiors/exteriors using a ladder or mechanical lift system. Installation also includes sign programs, vinyl graphics for vehicles and walls. Other duties may include work associated with maintenance of company facilities and vehicles as directed by management. You will not be asked to do work of a personal nature unless previously negotiated. The priorities are always be safe, maintain company equipment, produce or install a variety of signage to the clients’ satisfaction, take care of other company prerogatives as directed by management. We have been in business for 25 years and have three locations. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced vinyl installer and production person that will work in an environment that is interesting, challenging and fast paced. We are seeking candidates with sign shop production experience that can hit the ground running, however we are not opposed to an apprentice with the right work ethic, skills and attitude. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter - who is well grounded and looking for a future - to join our team. Working hours are M - F 8-4pm, O/T available, not mandatory.
