M.H. EBY, Inc. - a manufacturer of aluminum trailers and truck bodies - is looking for experienced CNC machine operators, metal fabricators, material handlers, and general laborers to work in our fast growing company. General tasks may include welding and/or fabricating aluminum, operating CNC machinery, operating forklifts and overhead cranes, filling inventory, and much more. On the job experience is not required, but good attitude, good work ethic, and a team mentality is a must. -Full time hours Monday – Friday with overtime. --First shift 5:00AM-3:30PM --second shift 3:15PM-1:45AM -Minimum $20/hour starting wage, depending on experience. --$2.50/hour second shift premium -$1000 new hire sign on bonus -$1000 employee referral bonus -Tools and protective equipment provided by employer. -Medical & dental insurance eligible after 30 days. -Company paid life & short-term disability insurance eligible after 30 days. -401k eligible after 90 days. -Paid holidays after 30 days. -Vacation/Personal time after 6 months. -No rotating shifts. -Excellent opportunity for advancement. -All eligible applicants will be considered. -Must be at least 18 years of age and legal to work in the USA. -Potential hires must pass a physical & drug screen before starting employment.
