Description
Well established company has a full-time position open to maintain and service multiple commercial office buildings in the Phoenix Metro Area. Company vehicle is provided. Competitive salary and benefits.
The desired candidate will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications:
• A high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
• Knowledge of HVAC including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall repair
• Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Must be able to communicate with customers effectively, professionally and efficiently
• Possess excellent people skills and work well in a team environment
• Must pass a background screening including motor vehicle record check
• The ability to exercise sound judgment when carrying out projects and/or tasks
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Reliable and dependable. Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $26.00 to $29.00 /hour
