I purchased this border collie from a backyard breeder in (Tonto Basin) I was promised ABCA papers for this dog This backyard breeder refuses to turn over the ABCA papers after the dog was in question to even be a purebred. I wanted to do agility and other dog sports with him, but now that I can't do any of that stuff, I want to rehome him. he is a red white male born on Feb,23, 2022 he is current on all his shots, he is low drive. he is in Tucson, rehoming fee is what I paid. he will not come with his papers. he is health tested by embark
