I am part of a real estate group looking for locations to host meetings available to the public in or near Waterbury (within 5 miles) Looking for a meeting room or restaurant room that has enough parking for at least 30 people. Looking for something that has low cost or no cost per meeting. Somewhere that we can bring light snacks or pizza. Or order something at reasonable price (if at a restaurant).
