Abacus Event Services and AHirePower are teaming up for the Outdoor Retailer Convention at the Colorado Convention Center & the Travel Leaders Conference at the Gaylord Rockies next week June 7th through 11th. We are looking for 6 dynamic professionals with excellent customer service skills to work at the registration desks at BOTH conferences. A professional demeanor, basic computer skills and a pleasant and friendly personality are a must. Our ideal candidate has performed registration services for conferences in the past although this experience is not required. Proof of vaccination may be required depending on our clients request. The pay is $25.00/hr. This is an independent contractor, 1099, position and an electronically signed contract will be required. Positions will be filled in the order in which contracts are received. We are looking for the following: Outdoor Retailer Conference – Colorado Convention Center 5) Onsite Registration: Must type 25wpm (Tuesday Required - Training) Tuesday, June 7th: (Training) (5) 7:30AM-11:30AM Thursday, June 9th: (3) 6:30am-12PM (1) 7:30AM-1PM (1) 8AM-4PM Friday, June 10th: (1) 6:30AM-1PM (1) Literature Distribution: Saturday, June 11th: (1) 7:30AM-11AM Travel Leaders Conference – Gaylord Rockies Saturday June 11th: (5) 7:30am-4pm (1) 7:30am-11:30am To apply, reply to this posting with your full name, email, and phone number.
