Canvassers must be able to travel for up to four months at a time. The ability to walk and be outside for extended hours is required. Canvassers will be responsible for door-to-door interaction, sign waves, event staffing, phone banking, text banking, and any other grassroots-level campaign activity. A clean appearance, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, is required. All housing and transportation will be provided. Housing may consist of a shared room and shared bathroom in very small towns without many housing options, but we always strive for a private room and bathroom. Housing will be a mix of short-term rentals and hotels. Transportation will consist of shared vehicles or vehicle wear and tear/gas reimbursements.
