Tree and mushroom expert please

Needing a tree and mushroom expert. Hello my name is Vanessa Lane and I have a large tree in my backyard. It's great for shade however at the base and around very close to the tree it's been getting mushrooms. I have used spray s but they keep coming back. Also I know that some find mushrooms nice and whatever but I work with children and have dogs and don't have time to keep a list of the multiple mushrooms that are poisonous. I just don't want to take the risk. So what I need is someone who knows a great deal about trees and mushrooms and come and look at my tree and tell me what the issues are.
