Looking for a fun summer job outside! The Plant Care Company is a locally owned landscape maintenance and installation landscape company. We are looking for seasonal Crew Leader that can run and organize crews. We specialize in landscape remodels, installation, pruning, gardening, annual color, plant health assessments and maintenance. No lawn mowing. We are looking for people that are passionate about plants and love working outdoors. Option for full-time year-round work can discuss details. • $27.00-$32.00hr DOE • Company vehicle • Paid time off with completion of seasonal summer agreement • 3 day weekends! • 401K match with year round employment What we are looking for: Landscape Crew Leader: • Able to work 40hrs a week • Lead a crew of 1-3 people on a given day • Experience with truck & trailer • Ideal candidates have experience installing & maintaining landscapes • Good time management, positive communication • Ability to complete paperwork daily related to job • Operate skid steers & mini excavators • Professional and quality communication skills with customers • Attention to detail • Ability to be on their feet for long periods • Listening skills, able to take direction and give direction • Ability to learn on the job
