WHAT YOU'LL NEED Foreman Requirements: 3+ year moving company experience; strongly preferred: Leadership skills as they are responsible to manage the move process Managing team/crew and keeping direct contact with Dispatch throughout the moving day Understand DOT rules and basic truck requirements Understand the moving paperwork and capturing client signatures and follow up Must represent the company well on the move and discipline team when necessary Building and developing their teams Computer skills (Navigating basic aspects of electronic devices) Handle difficult situations professionally while representing the company well Driver Requirements: Must have a DOT medical card 1+ year moving company experience; strongly preferred: Valid Drivers license COMPENSATION/BENEFITS We personally review every application and we take it very seriously.
