Our company is currently looking for a Water Well Driller's Helper The applicant should be self-motivated, able to communicate effectively with other employees and customers. Job Description: *Assist with operation of the drilling rig and support equipment * Load and Unload drill pipe, casing and other supplies * Perform equipment maintenance when assigned * Perform other duties as assigned * Weld, Torch cuttings and grinding * Operate a fork lift ;; Backhoe Skills & Qualifications: * Should have a valid driver's license ( Class A, would be a plus) * Should be able to dead lift 80 to 100 pounds * Should have the ability to follow instructions both verbal and written! * Enjoy working OUTSIDE AND LONG HOURS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUST Enjoy working OUTSIDE AND LONG HOURS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! * Should be able to work some weekends & out of town!!! * Should be able to work days & night shifts!!!
